Creates a Medium spicy Thai Red Curry made with red chilli, lemongrass and Thai basil. Designed to create a well-balanced dish every time. Ideal for prawn dishes.
Quick cooking instructions for 1-2 servings: Add 1 sachet of paste to a pan on a medium heat, fry for 1 minute and add 200ml of coconut milk. Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 mins add your preferred meat, seafood or vegetables and continue simmering until cooked.
