This artisan product is the perfect garnish for your Amity catch, fitting in perfectly with our range of quality, Scottish sustainable products.
This is a whole sea salt; seawater is evaporated until there is nothing left but pure sea salt. This product is therefore more suitable as a finishing salt or garnish rather than for use in a salt grinder.
As a premium Scottish made product that is both delicious and sustainable, it is the ideal addition to our Amity Larder of sauces, seasonings and coatings.
