Sea trout offers a subtle, delicate flavour that is similar to salmon.
Trout is sustainable, nutritious and versatile. Easy to cook at home, this fish is delicious grilled, pan-fried, or poached and served with a wedge of lemon and a fresh salad.
This oily fish shares similar colour and texture to salmon. However, trout is lower in fat.
These trout portions come frozen with skin on and vacuum packed, ready for your use. Each vacuum-packed side weighs approximately 1kg, serving 6-8 people.
NOTE: These trout are farmed. Farmed trout is currently recommended by the MSC for consumers looking to make a sustainable choice.

We use third party couriers to deliver our seafood boxes to most UK postcodes on a next day delivery service. Our aim is to have your box with you within 24 hours – however at times this can take up to 2 days.
Don’t worry! The packing process along with frozen gel packs and dry ice will keep your seafood chilled/frozen during its journey, ensuring it reaches you in pristine condition.
