Cooking guidelines: Remove from packaging, place en croutes spaced apart on a pre-heated baking tray lined with baking paper in centre of oven at 220 degrees C / 428 degrees F / Fan 200 degrees C / Gas Mark 7 for approx 22-24 minutes. Cooking times may vary.
This is a raw product and must be cooked thoroughly to a minimum temperature of 75 degrees C for 30 seconds or equivalent.

Salmon (FISH)(32%), WHEAT flour, (Calcium carbonate, iron, niacon, thiamin), Bechamel Sauec (15%)(Water, Skimmed MILK, Palm Oil, modified maize starch, butter, MILK, salt, whey protein concentrate (MILK), emulsifier (SOYA), yeast extract, maltodextrin, sugar, onion powder, carrot powder, tomato powder), water, cheddar cheese (8%), vegetable oils (Palm, Rapeseed), Palm fat, butter, Smoked Salmon (1%), shallots, modified maize starch, chives, salts, lemon juice, tapioca starch, stabiliser.
Do not exceed the “Use by” date.
Cook from frozen.
Once defrosted do not re-freeze.

Don’t worry! The packing process along with frozen gel packs and dry ice will keep your seafood chilled/frozen during its journey, ensuring it reaches you in pristine condition.
