Description

Award-winning individual fish pie made with smoked haddock. Amity’s Fish Pie has been awarded Bronze at the Scotch Pie Championships 2024.

Local baker Hame Bakery in Peterhead have used Amity’s locally landed smoked haddock pieces to create a deliciously filling individual fish pie ready to heat and eat at home.

Available from our Peterhead shop, we can now also deliver these to your home.

Rich, smoked haddock is placed in a buttery pastry case and topped with velvety mash. You won’t regret giving these a try!

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook from frozen at 180-200 degrees / gas mark 6 for 25-30minutes.
Fan and conventional ovens may vary, however ensure pie is piping hot so be prepared to adjust timings to suit your oven and shelf position.
Internal temperature of pie should be more than 72 degrees Celsius.
Let it cool before eating.
Keep your eye on the pie as over cooking to quickly will dehydrate and spoil the pie.

Storage

Do not exceed the “Use by” date.
Place in freezer on arrival and use within three months of freezing.
Once defrosted do not refreeze.

Jenna I tried your fish pie , unfortunately neither of my pies had cooking instructions on the packs so I tried my method. 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Unfortunately this must have been too low because the pastry wasn’t totally cooked and warm- so I fell back onto my favourite micro. Luckily I enjoyed it . Please forward the correct cooking times and check your fish pies for instructions. Please don’t hold my “biased” comments against me when we next speak
