Adding more seafood into your diet is proven to have great benefits to your physical and mental health. Our Healthy Option Fish Box encourages a healthy, balanced diet.
NHS advice is we should include at least 2 portions of fish a week in our meals, including 1 of oily fish. This is because fish and shellfish are good sources of many vitamins and minerals. Shellfish are low in fat and a good source of selenium, zinc, iodine and copper. White fish are high in protein, low in fat and rich in B vitamins making them a healthy choice. Oily fish is a good source of vitamin D and particularly high in long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, which can help to keep your heart healthy.
