Description

Sea Bass (Dicentrarchus labrax) is one of the finest catches available*. This white fish has a delicate flavour and firm but flaky flesh, making it ideal for roasting, grilling and poaching.

Your sea bass fillets will arrive skin-on and boneless. Each pack contains two delicious fillets, frozen for your convenience and sealing in the nutritious and mouthwatering flavour.

IMPORTANT: This fish does contain levels of mercury and therefore not advisable to consume during pregnancy. Also not recommended for small children for the same reason.
