Monkfish Fillets 230-290g
Monkfish Collops 400g
Scottish monkfish tail meat is firm and versatile, so ideal for frying, grilling and baking.
The collops are smaller pieces of meat, ideal for curries and stir-fries.
Our monkfish is carefully caught and selected for you locally, so you can enjoy a sustainable and premium quality catch every time! All our seafood is responsibly sourced and fully traceable.
Monkfish is mild and slightly sweet in taste which makes it a good choice if you don’t enjoy ‘fishy’ flavours.

I make fish kebabs for bbqs, I love Monk fish, defrost, chop into chunks, marinate in lime, ginger, crushed garlic and a few chilli flakes a pinch of salt for a good few hours, put onto sewers, shot em on the bbq, absolutely gorgeous, my friend said to me and I kid you not “what have you done to this chicken it’s gorgeous”
