Haddock is a versatile white fish with mild flavour, ideal for frying, baking, poaching, or using in fish pie or soups. Our North Sea Haddock is MSC certified, meaning it is sustainable and can be traced back to an MSC certified fishery. Caught in the pristine, icy cold waters of the North Atlantic, processed and vacuum packed is available in two grade sizes, medium or large.
Storage
Store in a refrigerator at 0° to 4° C.
Do not exceed the “Use by” date.
Home Freezing – Freeze on day of purchase and use within three months of freezing.
Defrost overnight in a refrigerator and consume within 24 hours
Once defrosted do not refreeze
