5 Ways to Use Your Amity Panko Scampi
#1 TACOS
Tacos are not just for Tuesdays!
Fish tacos are underrated. But Scampi Tacos are next level. The crispy sweet sensation of scampi alongside spicy sauce, crunchy salad and soft tortillas is something else!
Not in to the spice? Swap out your sauce for crispy salad and a tangy dressing such as tartare or mayo.
#2 NOODLES
Trust us on this one.
Our scampi works deliciously with the tangy flavours and heat of oriental noodle dishes while the breading adds tasty texture! Try adding your cooked scampi to any noodle dish you would normally add your prawns to for a meaty, crispy taste sensation!
Simply fry your scampi and set to one side (they are better rested for a few minutes anyway) – then prepare your stir fried noodles. Serve the noodles topped with scampi. Delish!

Add a little naughtiness on your greens.
