The seafood supplier announces new cookery collaboration to inspire customers
Amity Fish Company are delighted to announce new partnership with acclaimed cookery writer Charlotte Pike.
Our new content from Charlotte will provide handy cooking hints and tips on how to make the most of your Amity catch!

We hope MD Jimmy Buchan’s 40+ years of experience handling our terrific Scottish seafood combined with Charlotte’s technical knowledge and teaching skills, will give you confidence to create your seafood feast with ease!

About Charlotte Pike
Charlotte Pike is a UK based food writer, cookery teacher, chef and occasional broadcaster.
As well as being the author of five cookery books which have won and been shortlisted for leading International and UK based book awards, Charlotte is currently the Chair of the Guild of Food Writers.
One of the UK’s leading independent cookery teachers, she teaches classes at schools around the UK. Charlotte is a graduate of the Ballymaloe Certificate Course and is a Chef Ambassador for Slow Food in the UK and member of Les Dames d’Escoffier International.
Charlotte is also Founder and Director of Field & Fork School, a food education social enterprise, and runs a hugely popular catering company, Charlotte’s Kitchen, cooking for high profile clients, and cooking for weddings and parties all over the UK and Europe.
