How to prepare Amity Wild Shell-on Langoustine tails
  • Wild Shell-on langoustine tails 500g or 1Kg (min order 10 Kg outer case)
  • Defrost wild shell-on langoustine tails. For best results, 12 hour defrost in refridgerator in covered container. Rinse in cold water, prepare and cook thoroughly.
  • Using a sharp knife or kitchen scissors, split down the back. Remove the vein with the tip of the knife or tweezers. Alternatively, split down the underside. Or split in half
  • Cook, grill, pan fry, BBQ, add to fish stews, stir fry
